This hotel was absolutely luxurious. I was blown away by the exclusive amenities that this venue had to offer. the in-room breakfast was divine and the special diet menus were incredibly thoughtful. the private facilities were a real treat, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. the service here was impeccable, and the staff made sure that all of my needs were taken care of. Lastly, the location advantages were superb.

I had a bit of trouble working the air conditioning unit in the room. this was just a minor issue and once I figured it out, I was able to enjoy the lovely size of the room and the amazing atmosphere that this hotel had to offer.

We stayed at this charming hotel for our family vacation. The two-room suite, although small, was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and engaging throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed. The modern chic design of the hotel gave it a fresh and new look. We appreciated the nice detail of the cafetière with good coffee in the room. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the area. We would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located just a stone's throw away from South Kensington underground station, making it very easy to get around the city. The bathroom facilities were top-notch, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment. The staff were attentive and always ready to help.

The price of the room was a little steep for my liking, as it was much higher than what I expected for the location and facilities.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and were really good too make us feel welcome. They were always interested in us and even surprised my partner with a birthday treat in our room. The walk-in shower in our room was amazing and the little touches like the complimentary minibar and L'occitane toiletries were greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel was fantastic, within easy reach of restaurants, shopping, and museums.

The wifi was a bit slow and the room tended to get very warm at night.

I loved the very nice location of this boutique hotel in South Kensington. Being just a one-minute walk from the Tube Station made exploring London so convenient. The quiet and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel made my stay even better. The reception staff provided stellar service and even surprised me with a selection of birthday treats in my room. The value for money at this hotel is excellent. I highly recommend it.
